Ethereum Mainnet API Ethereum chain running late

Update 11/14/2019 16:19 UTC: the Ethereum chain is now synced with the network. Thank you for your patience.

Update 16:50 UTC: the Ethereum chain is now syncing correctly again. It may take some more time to catch up and we're monitoring the situation.

Ethereum chain is running late. Ethereum webhooks are also impacted as such. We are working on it, and this should be fixed soon. Thank you for your patience.

Also experiencing issues with BTC hooks.

As of 16:35 UTC all webhook deliveries have been restored.

Have not received hooks since 4:20:17.209 AM UTC

Bitcoin Mainnet APIs All APIs and block processing slowdown leading to connection timeouts

Update 23:15pm PST: All API services are back to being operational. Block processing expected to resume in the next 10 minutes, with some catch-up time to follow to process blocks.

At 9:40pm PST we became aware of a set of instances critical to our infrastructure being reported as unreachable by AWS. This has snowballed into increasing delays into answering to API requests and eventually a slowdown in processing blocks. We're actively working on restoring those instances. No user or blockchain data is impacted.
